         PSAIL 3490 is a mixture of amine phosphate salt, which is a multifunctional ashless additive with extreme pressure, anti-wear and anti-rust properties.It has the same function as IRGALUBE 349.

Recommended Dosage

  1. Industrial Lube Oil                       0.1~0.5% 
  2. Engine oil and power transmission oil        0.2~0.5% 
  3. Grease                                 0.5~1.0% 
  4. Synthetic and semi-synthetic lubricants       0.5~1.0% 
  5. Metalworking fluid (especially rolling oil)     0.3~0.5% 

Performance Characteristics

 1. Provide multi-functional extreme pressure, anti-wear and corrosion inhibition properties
 2. Improve the friction characteristics and micro-pitting capacity of lubricating oil and grease (FZG method)
 3. Enhance extreme pressure and wear resistance when used in combination with PSAIL T309
 4. Good oil solubility

Application Guidance

 1. Added to the formulation directly and compatibility needs to be tested before adding
 2. It is not recommended to add into the formula containing calcium salt
