Product Description

     
        CSAIL T746 is an oil soluble ashless antirust additive with dodecenylsuccinic acid structure. This product has good oil solubility.It can form a solid oil film on the metal surface,which comprehensively protects the metal from rusting and corrosion.Meanwhile,it is an excellent rust inhibitor for oil products.It also has a certain protective effect on aluminum,copper and its alloys,but it has poor rust resistance to lead and cast iron.It is usually compounded with other anti-rust agents to make anti-rust sealing grease and anti-rust oil between production processes.It could be compounded with detergent dispersant to make anti-rust lubricating oil for internal combustion engines and aircraft engines.In addtion,it can also be used as an auxiliary solvent for benzotriazole and to modulate anti rust composite agents.

Scope of Application

   1. Widely used in the modulation of steam turbine oil,machine tool oil,hydraulic oil,hydraulic transmission oil,anti-rust grease and other products
   2. The recommended dosage is 0.02% -0.8%
